Happy Birthday Kirsten!

So today was Kirsten's birthday party. I can't believe she is 2 years old. That to me is crazy.. My how fast time goes. I wasn't feelin my best unfortunately as yes its confirmed I am indeed pregnant again. I was still excited to see everyone. It's the one time of the year that you can count on seeing old friends you haven't seen forever. Kirsten was adorable as ever, she got some pretty great gifts. Taylor's favorite was the Tinkerbell 4 wheeler, super cute.
We visited for awhile, and enjoyed some delcious chocolate cake and ice cream. Kirsten didn't finish hers, so Taylor felt the need too... silly girl. The party was pretty quickly rushed as Brack was leaving that same day!!! But it was great to see everyone. So much fun!!

Christmas Madness!!!

Merry Christmas to you all. Hope santa clause was good to you this year!! He was great to our family!! Best Christmas Ever. Now the Christmas's i remember are the ones where you wake up early in the morning, cozy and warm in your jammys all day long, opening your presents, makin breakfast, and then just enjoying the rest of the day, playing with your new toys and possibly goin outside to play in the snow. Well those days are long gone!!... You get married, and your Christmas becomes the rush of the season... Everything is so rushed all day long... and it just keeps goin, you can't wait for the end of the day cuz your so exhausted!! Well here is the short version of our Christmas, and all the Christmas's to come.....

We woke up farely early in the morning, ate breakfast and had some coffee (need it to get us through the rest of this day)... We open presents with my family and do our stockings from Santa... rush to get ready, and out of the house to make it to Brian's grandma's house for a Christmas exchange...which we get there about 10 am to 10:30 am... after recieving text and phone calls all morning rushin us to hurry up... then back to my moms to squeeze in a nap for taylor so she can make it through the day, and help my mom get dinner started... and then rush over to his moms around noon for their christmas dinner and gift exchange... again not on time, cuz we are constantly on the go just trying to get around to everyone... which should be appreciated and isn't. After Brian's moms, back to moms for dinner and to relax and not go anywhere anymore... the highlight of my christmas... where i can change into something comfortable, let dinner settle watch a movie, or play a game!!!!....

Christmas is such a frustrating time for us... I know that Im under pressure to do more than i can, and brian is under pressure to be on time for everything.. and there is just no way we can do that, and get around to see everyone. Its a day where alot is expected of us. So i think some people have the right idea on not comin home for the holidays, cuz then they can spend it just with their own lil family... in a more mellow matter. Which one year we will have to give our kids that luxury.

Now I understand that Christmas is the time to be with your family, and i love it, its so hard for me to think of not being with my family on Christmas, thats what i've done year after year my whole life... And i love Christmas I really do, but the last two have been really hard! so i needed some venting time. And it could be more that i just don't know how to juggle everyone at once, its goin to take some time and practice.

Anyways.. Taylor had a good Christmas!! Her favorite present is Elmo Live!!

Taylor dancing with elmo
Best gift we got her... she plays with him all the time. She got a really cool toddler mp3 player, and i uploaded all her favorite songs, disney and elmo songs to it... she carrys it around everywhere and dances to it. She got lots of clothes, a really soft blanket... Tinkerbell doll, and a baby doll that looks like her... and santa was very good to her... stuffed her stocking full. Her stocking, i have to tell you was elmo, and it was musical, his mouth moved and everything. She carried out the door with her on christmas... I finally had to hide it under aunt coleys bed. lol. It was great... but only for so long...lol. cutest thing ever!!...

Brian scored pretty good himself... Taylor and I got him the Philips Noreclo Moisturizing Shaving System... its amazing, and i love a smooth face...

He loves it, brags bout it all the time. He also got Tickets to see Jeff Dunham in April ... 2nd row may I add. So he's pretty stoked bout that. of course there are a bunch of other lil things he got, but those were his two best ones.

Im super stoked about my wireless printer/scanner/copier =) I've always wanted one, and never had one. So i can't wait to start printing. lol. A lovely glass rose that sits on the mirror.. very pretty. We both got some things that we needed such as glassware, and a really nice set of silverware!! Great gift. oooooo oooo and probably one of my most favorites is the cricut design studio program for my cricut expressions.. it just opens a whole new world up of cricut and scrapbooking, can't wait to get back to that.

Over all it was a great Christmas...
But thankfully im so glad its only one day, and that its already over!!! =) Hope you all had a good one.

And now tomorrow we will be goin to Kirsten Deaver's 2nd Birthday party... busy busy.

Christmas EVE...countdown to that ONE special gift!

We have a tradition, that every Christmas Eve we get to open one gift. And I already knew what gift i had for Brian. All day i was so excited to come home and have him open just this one gift. He thought i was crazy.
Well our day started off with droppin Taybugz at Grandma Dee's to make Christmas cookies with her, and that gave brian and I time to wrap up some presents. Before I knew it, it was time to get taylor, and get ready for the Christmas eve party at Brian's Grandma's.
Brian left to get Taybugz, so that gave me some extra time to get ready, without Taylor hot on my tail, gettin into the make up.. and all the other fun things she likes to do.

It was time to go, we made sure we had our Christmas cards.. and off we went. Taylor had alot of fun. And we could not keep her out of the veggies, as weird as that sounds. We shared some food, but she kept goin back for more veggies... Then Great grandma gave her some pie. She enjoyed a piece of chocolate pudding pie... She was so good. She wasn't too interested in opening her gifts so we helped her out. I was a nervous wreck the whole day, gettin even more anxious with the time. So I couldn't wait and go back to my moms...

It came that time, where the party ends, we bundled up taylor, she gave her goodbyes, and off to my moms we went. We sat down for a little bit and chatted, and finally i just couldn't take it any more, i said lets do gifts.

We got all ready to open gifts, i got the video camera, Taylor opened hers first, and then coley... and now brian.

Brian opens up his gift with confussion... alot of it. He pulls out this lil onesie that said baby's 1st Christmas... he stared at it and stared at it for the longest time.. lol. Almost like he was thinkin this is way to small for taylor.. lol.
nothin registering, so he reads the card... and he looks at me and says "YOUR PREGNANT"... I said yes, he said seriously... and i nodded, he was so excited he jumped up and gave me a kiss and said he couldn't wait.

He was dying to tell someone, so he called his friend Joey and delivered the news!!... So that made Christmas even more exciting, to have exciting news to deliver!.. My family was totally stoked, even my dad, and that was very unexpected!...

The whole night Brian was glowing with excitement, and i felt so much better finally being able to tell him. I kept it a secret for almost 2 weeks.. That was one of the hardest things i have ever had to do!!...then once it was out, the news traveled fast!

Can't believe we are having another baby!!... =) Hasn't really sunk in yet.

I think taylor will make a great sister!!! =) And she won't be growing up alone.

Now we are expected to sleep .... and wait for santa clause. who can sleep with so much excitement. However we do have quite the busy day ahead of us.

SNOW DAY!!!!

The amount of snow in pendleton was unreal. Taylor had so much fun in it, until we came to the yard, where she was stuck and could barely even move. she then cried for help. But other than that, she threw it up in the air and clapped =). Super cute. Check out our pictures. Let me remind you that our sidewalk was shoveled twice that day... and our steps, and it snowed all day long and all night long.
check out these pictures, these will be great for her scrapbook!!!

She needed my help through the deep snow..

she is stuck in the snow, and she is not too happy bout it.
makin her snow balls... she had alot of fun.
playin in the snow =)

This is one of my favorites.. she is clappin her hands after throwin the snow up in the air. super cute.

I was wearing my high boots, and they are completely covered with snow.
Take my picture mommy... cheeeeeeese
steps were shoveled twice that day... and its still pretty deep.
Time to go inside for something warm to drink and a snack...
Sportin her snow suit. silly girl

Boat Lite Parade in Tricities!!

We had so much fun meeting up with my aunt debbie and uncle loren for the boat lite parade. We of course got to town much earlier than planned, but we had some last minute errands to run, and a few shopping trips. We met up in the toys r us parking lot, and drove over to the river, found us a nice little spot. We had such a good spot, that we didn't dare get out of the car. It was freakin freezing for sure. But we sat there and visited until the boats were ready to go down the river. It was pretty cool, they were decked out in lights, I didn't get any good pictures, cuz it was extremely dark out.. but we have the memory! Taylor had a blast, she sat up in the front looked out the window, and was pointing and yelling at the lights... alot oooooooo's and ahhhhhh's.

After the parade, we some how talked loren into takin debbie to the Olive Garden. Can you believe they have never eaten there... crazy I know. My uncle loren isn't a pasta eater. And funny enough i think he ordered the best meal on the menu. He got the mixed grill, which looked amazing, delicious kabobs, definitely need to give those a try. Of course we dug into the salad and breadsticks... while waiting for our food. Taylor dug into her alfredo pasta, its her favorite. Man o man did we stuffed our bellys.
they seemed to enjoy it. We had awesome service which always helps the experience.
When it came time to leave, it was a blizzard outside. The ground was completely covered, you could barely see cuz it was snowing so hard. It was crazy.
We went our seperate ways, debbie and loren went grocery shopping, and we headed back home. It took us a rather long time to get home, the roads were not the best. And we had a good 70 some miles home!
We did make it home safely. The roads had us sliding all over the place. I will tell you one thing. The winter we had this year, I have never experienced anything of a sort ever!! That was the most snow i have ever seen EVER in my life.
Now im over it, and I can't wait for it to start warming up. Bring on Spring!

Our lil Snow Bunny!! Ready for the Snow!

It was so dang cold outside, i bundled up taylor just so we can go to the mailbox. We just took in some fresh air, and played outside for a little bit. I just couldn't resist takin pictures of her, she looked so cute.. in her new coat, and her pretty ponytail. lol.

Taylor cheesin it up.
she really don't know what to think about our snowmen. lol.
Taylor is playin in the mirror, she was makin faces, and just being a silly goose.

she's eatin a cookie in this picture, thats why her cheek is so buldged out.

She's really skeptical about the snowmen in our front yard, she goes out of her way to get past them.

my favorite picture.

i love that pony tail.
mama please don't make me go by the snowmen.
