The Perfect Punkin!!

Yesterday we had so much fun!!... We went out to the punkin patch. First we stopped in Hermiston, and then realized that the Bellinger Farms Pumpkin patch just didn't have much to offer. Taylors favorite part was kickin up the dirt and covering her pretty pink tennis shoes in dirt. It was great..lol. since the sarcasm.

Mommy and Taybugz... at Bellinger Farms
Daddy and Taybugz checkin out the punkin patch in Hermiston.

See the dirt she was havin fun in... and what use to be pretty pink tennies. lol

Taylor was finding a punkin by pattin them lol.
Daddy blocked the sun from her eyes, so she could get her pic taken. lol.Taybugz and Daddy...

We decided to try out another pumpkin patch, we were headed to the walla walla Klickers , but from Hermiston we were closer to Pasco, and from what i read online about their pumpkin patch at Country Mercantile, I was so down into checkin it out!.. So about 70 some miles away we found the perfect pumpkin patch!.. We had so much fun, it was unreal. This place was amazing, and we already decided that we were goin to go there for next year. Anyways, kind of a cool story, the Country Mercantile started as a produce stand, and over the years developed into this incredible market store, where everything is homemade, from chocolate gourmet candy to homemade candles, they even had a deli inside with homemade sandwhiches with a ton of breads to choose from, they had homemade mexican food.. I tried this amazing peach salsa, i fell in love. Brian had decided before we leave he was buying some beef tamales... as we walked through the store more, we found honeys, syrups, baking mixes, and a produce center, they seriously had everything, including the best home made ice cream i have ever had!!...

We started inside the market to check it out, but it was goin to be a definate stop before we left. We grabbed a wagon for taylor, she climbed inside, the cutest thing ever!!.. It was dang cold, so she was bundled in her leopard coat, and wouldn't you know, i forgot her gloves!...worst mommy ever.
she even took her binx out of her mouth so she could smile for the picture. lol

on our way out to the pumpkin patch we stopped by the petting zoo...
taylor was not even excited about the animals.. she was excited about the lil boys..hahahaha. Im being so serious... she did pet one lil baby cow

... but then something caught her eye, this cute lil boy with blonde peach fuzz for hair.. he was about her age..

she just randomly walked up to him and gave him a hug, and then she went after him with her lips... she wanted to kiss this lil boy...hahaha.. funniest thing ever ... it was love at first sight. the lil boy even told her he loved her!!... will they every meet again?..lol.

Taylor and her spur of the moment boyfriend

I told brian that when she hits kindergarden we are goin to get phone calls from the teacher tellin us that taylor won't stop kissing the boys... he didn't think i was very funny...lol. however im thinkin she's not goin to go through boys have coodies phase!!!... lmao.

We took some pictures at the barn...

Taybugz and Daddy

Anyways, once the two love birds departed, we loaded up taylor in the wagon, and out to find the perfect punkin. This punkin patch went on forever.. they had hay rides for a reason...lol. Taylor picked out her own punkin... she found her perfect punkin back at the petting zoo but settled for something less real...lol. She packed that thing around.. she loved it...

She was helpin daddy pull the wagon..hahahaha she's very helpful

On the search for the perfect punkin!!... following daddyfound one!! she even helped pick out my punkin =)

Taybugz with her perfect punkin...

Very proud of her punkin...

I still think i got the best punkin in the patch.. and her name is taybugz.

once we showed her to put it in the wagon, she then wanted to pick up all the punkins and put them in our wagon... lol. We found our punkins, but had to ditch a few towards the end, cuz we had alot of them ...lol. taylor rode back to barn in the wagon, and hey i even got a lil lift myself, until i could see that brian was really strugglin pullin all the punkins plus taybugz and myself!!... but i had alot of fun riding in the wagon with taylor...

Taylor holdin a ghost punkin.

Taybugz and I riding in the wagon that daddy is pullin. hehehehe... so fun. poor brian

Once we weighed our punkins and loaded them in the car, we went inside to warm up... hahahaha with home made ice cream =) best ice cream ever.. taylor and i shared a cherry cheesecake, and she made sure she got it all down to the last drop... lol. brian had raspberry... and taylor thought she should have some of his too... Okay now im triple freezing... but no worries, taybugz and i warmed up with some warm chia tea... taylor was a lil unsure about it... but that was her first warm drink ever...

this is yummy mommy...

almost gone, one more drop!!
And Taylors new favorite word...

And of course before we left, we picked up some homemade beef tamales, caramel apples on a stick, homemade caramel candy.

Look at all our yummy stuff we came home with... the tamales were yummy.. and brian already ate his caramel apple

And she is eyeing the homemade candy. lol.

We were there for hours, and we could have been there longer, but they were closing... Taylor on a sugar rush... crashed hard on the way home!!... which was fine for us, cuz then brian could concentrate on watchin for deer. We would hate to take out santa's reindeer before Christmas!!!

Another really awesome thing about this place is they pretty much do something for every holiday, our next lil trip out to Country Mercantile, will be a visit to santa's workshop!!! Can't wait for December!!

The punkin patch was great family time for our family, we had a blast. Best day ever!!...
However i never did find my perfect punkin... you know the cinderella punkins... oh well maybe next year... At least Taylor will have the memory of meeting her Perfect Punkin!!

Our family... completed our mission of perfect punkin huntin!!...

Aren't pumpkin patches FUN? We had a blast this year too. Glad that Taylor had fun, even if her mommy did forget her gloves. ;) Her hair is getting so long, I can't even believe it! Glad you guys had a good time and atleast it was worth the long journey!
